Excellent service I stopped in at Urse FIAT to look at the vehicle I saw on line, it was after closing, so I said I'd come back on Monday. They said no and stayed and let me test drive the vehicle I was looking at and did everything they could to get me into the vehicle. Jamie Markley was very helpful answered all my questions, and I had a lot, made sure I understood all the information I was given. I purchased a 2016 FIAT 500X, that night. They were to close at 4 pm and didn't get done with me until around 8 pm. Outstanding service. More

Urse Dealership Does Not Stand Behind Their Products. I have a 2014 Fiat 500L Lounge. Not only was the lost of the dealership an inconvience, but when they took back the Fiat Dealership their department i I have a 2014 Fiat 500L Lounge. Not only was the lost of the dealership an inconvience, but when they took back the Fiat Dealership their department in service seemed uninformed on warranty issues, inexperienced, and a I just don't care attitude. They stated they had no paperwork on extended warranties of their Fiat customers. Very disappointed in this dealership. They do not seem to stand behind their products. The Fiats were over priced and does not hold their value. More
