Quality customer service after your purchase? Not happening! After a horrible experience with the purchase of a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, we are now having issues with the finance department. We purchased th After a horrible experience with the purchase of a 2015 Jeep Renegade Trailhawk, we are now having issues with the finance department. We purchased the Renegade in April 2015. It was in the shop 5 times due to transmission problems. It wanted to accelerate after the break was applied. The last stay at the dealership was from 5/21/15 through 6/15/2015. I drove it home on 6/8/15 after a power train control module was replaced on it. After almost rear-ending a vehicle 25 minutes down the road, it made it's way back to Urse on a flatbed truck where it sat until we went to trade the vehicle off on 6/15. In order to apply the lemon law, we would have had to have the vehicle towed to our home and turn over our rental car, leaving us with a vehicle payment and a vehicle that was not fit to drive. On 6/14/15, we received a notice from Wesbanco stating that they did not have the title for our vehicle!?? We had already made one payment and was preparing to make our second one on 6/25. We decided to trade the vehicle off on 6/15. We explained the title problem to Andrew Hall, and he stated that there was another employee there that had left the dealership but had failed to submit work for approximately 6 months. He stated that they were close to cleaning up his mess. We purchased a 2015 Jeep Compass (a cheaper vehicle all the way around) because the dealership would only give us $21000 on our $29000+ vehicle. After applying my husband's company discount and them coming up with $2000 extra from the service department, we still ate well over $3000 on the deal. EXTREMELY disappointed, and we are not a bit satisfied with the quality of car we had to settle for. We were told by Andrew Hall that we did not have to make our car payment that was due on 6/25. We received a reminder notice from Wesbanco on 7/9 to pay our bill. This prompted me to call Andrew. I had to leave him a message on 7/9. I phoned Wesbanco on 7/10 and found out that, low and behold, our loan has not been paid off even after 25 DAYS!! I phoned Andrew again and left another message for him to call me. A half hour later, I phoned the sales department. I made the girl take my name and number and explained the problem to her. She stated he was with a customer, and she would give him the message. This was approximately 4:20. Guess what...Once again, no phone call. I was told by my bank that if a payment is not made within 30 days of the due date, that it will go against my credit. I am FURIOUS!! How is it that after 25 days that URSE cannot pay off a vehicle?? How RUDE is it that they cannot return my call? Is my title still lost? Is this why my car is not getting paid off? I had no problem writing a lengthy complaint to Jeep, writing multiple reviews on this website, and I will have no problem with a phone call to the Better Business Bureau on Monday. DONE AND DONE! After being screwed by the service department, the sales department, and now the finance department, my request is that you offer a complementary jar of Vaseline with every new car purchase. SHAME ON YOU ALL!! More

Now we are in a situati Let me just start by saying, we love Urse White Hall! We bought a Jeep from them almost two years ago and a truck last year. Now we are in a situation where my two door Wrangler was not sufficient so we returned to them and to Jason Dukich for help in working a deal for a new Unlimited. I started with one salesperson as I couldn't remember Jason's name from last year (baaaad me!) but when I returned after two days, he took over and made the deal happen in just the one day. With all the searching we had to do to find "The One," we finally found one that I would be happy with and Jason was nothing but courteous, kind and patient, making phone calls and searching along with Andrew and Pat. Even when the vehicle did not arrive on time, Jason still had the courtesy to call me and let me know what was going on because he knew I was on pins and needles waiting. Now I have the Jeep I have always wanted, with four doors and a BLACK top and I couldn't be more pleased. I won't need another vehicle for several more years but you can be sure that if I know anyone who does, I will send them to Urse and Jason! More
