He is very friendly and gets to know his customers in a short period of time. This is due to his calm demeanor and his ethics for treating his customers right. I also worked with Manager Jon Pajak on my purchase. He too is a very enjoyable person to deal with. He does his best to work with the customer to find a price both you and the dealership are happy with. No pressure. Then came the fun part of signing my life away on my new purchase. Jacob Jabbour found the best financing and made my purchase more affordable. Most people believe that sales is not the only thing that makes a good dealership, service counts just as much. Worst Customer Service EVER I recently purchased a new Dodge van for my company from Urse and the experience was painful and customer service horrific. 6 weeks to get a 2nd key, I recently purchased a new Dodge van for my company from Urse and the experience was painful and customer service horrific. 6 weeks to get a 2nd key, no one would return calls, the salesman Kenny had little to no knowledge of the product and was I'm sorry to say just plain ignorant.. GM nor the Sales Manager would return calls.. Over 2 1/2 months and I we still haven't received our registration nor plates.. Pay more if you have to but stay away from here. I advise all my business contacts to avoid this place at all cost.. More
