Awesome, Great and WOW!!! First, I will tell you that this is very difficult because of the last 35 + yrs that I have had with Country Club Chryler Doge in Clarkbsburg, WV. An First, I will tell you that this is very difficult because of the last 35 + yrs that I have had with Country Club Chryler Doge in Clarkbsburg, WV. And it all occurred after the 2014-2015 recall. I would never, never send, recommend or even suggest someone to go to Country Club Chrysler Dodge, because of what and how they treated my wife and I. Enough said, Now Urse Dodge, wow, kind, helpful, attentive and seemed very concerned and interested in why we were there and treated us like "WOW"!!! Joe, sorry don't know his last name, there are three Joe's there, but this is the one that sits in like the office that all go to, was very kind, sincere and helpful. But, Joe Walls, our sales person/gentlemen and I do mean gentlemen was WONDERFUL, KIND and Deserves a great review. He was on top of everything we asked that he asked us and seemed to honest and sincere, and treated us like he had known us for years and years. He was so very kind and I have to honestly say, for a young person and I have been around a lot of young people and I believe he will go places with his wonderful and sincere personality. He really seemed to care and again was so very attentive and on top or it all. MAJOR KUDOS!!!! Joe Walls. Also, our financial person, sorry can't remember his last name, David was very attentive and explained every detail and aspect of what we were doing and why we were doing it and continued asking us is there any other questions, and if you have any questions don't be afraid to ask and call and asked if need to after you leave here. Joe Walls again, was with us every time we drove on the lot, to at least say "hello", shake our hands, can I get you something, even when he was busy with someone else or something else he would pass by and say "hello" and I will be with you soon. Can I get you something? WOW!!! I'm hoping the very bad, terrible and not necessary experience we had at Country Club Chrysler will soon be over, because I truly was going to go to a completely different dealership, not jeep, because of the experience at Country Club Chrysler. I doing this process thought I'm so very happy that I was able to find a like family dealership that I felt comfortable with and it fit and fit well. Honest Mgmt When I moved up from S.C. in 2014, my nearest Chrysler dealer always made me feel like they were doing me a favor when they talked to me, didn't follo When I moved up from S.C. in 2014, my nearest Chrysler dealer always made me feel like they were doing me a favor when they talked to me, didn't follow up as promised, and never had time to see me when it was important to me. Urse ALWAYS dealt with my problems quickly and treated me like I was doing THEM a favor to come to them for service. This service attitude convinced me to go to Urse first to look for a new Jeep. My Sales specialist (Joe Walls) was not pushy, he knew his vehicles, and worked with me until I found the vehicle that worked best for my desires and budget. I had an issue with the Jeep not having an item that was expressed to me it would have. When I returned later to talk about this, Joe went to bat for me and verified that indeed this was told to me, and John Pajak said 'We made a mistake, we'll make it right" and they did. This is unusually honest for a car dealer. I'll be back for my next vehicle. I highly recommend Urse and Joe. More

With absolutely no success anywhere else (& the personable relationship with dealers seriously lacking), we went to Urse Dodge Chrysler Jeep and had an absolutely amazing experience! We were given plenty of time to look around, test drove the Batman vs Superman 2016 Jeep Renegade, and left with a Jeep Renegade of our very own! It seemed like a long process but it helped that Joe was very patient and gave us updates with every step of the way. David worked diligently with the bank to get us the best overall option, explained everything to us in detail, and we left completely knowledgeable & satisfied about our purchase. Joe & David even helped us get our child's car seat out of our trade-in, as it was seriously stuck! An experience to remember, for sure! Thanks guys! More
