We purchased two cars from Amanda, who went out of her way to make sure we didn't feel pressured. She showed us what we wanted to see, didn't hover around and let us know where to find her if we needed her. We had a great time with the staff at the dealership, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't feel like they were trying to get more than was fair for the vehicles, both new and used. We would recommend that someone purchase a golf cart for Amanda, to speed up the process for the customers as there was a bit of wait time while Amanda ran up and down about 50 stairs (up and down the hill) to get everything we needed to complete the deals. Overall and great experience that we will and have recommended to our family and friends. More

Horrible Service Experience I needed warranty work done and could not get service to return phone calls for appt. After finally getting vehicle in they lost the key which resulte I needed warranty work done and could not get service to return phone calls for appt. After finally getting vehicle in they lost the key which resulted in having our vehicle an extra day. Service dept thought it was funny they lost the key, I thought it was incompetent. They then made an error in calculating the cost of work done on the car resulting in additional time on phone trying to get call back. Also Asked them for TWO years to order part for car. Apparently got part in but neglected each time to contact us to install it. Multiple horrible experiences. We will never again purchase a vehicle that has to be serviced by this dealership! More
