take a overnite bag when you visit these guys i really need to share my exciting day i encountered yesterday with you guys. I got up at 8:00 got ready and left my house at 8:30 am headed to urs i really need to share my exciting day i encountered yesterday with you guys. I got up at 8:00 got ready and left my house at 8:30 am headed to urse dodge in fairmont. I had it in my mind I NEEDED a new car. And if anyone knows me, i dont think i just go get. So I got there at 9:00 am. I test drove a jeep and parked it and had to have it. So the bickering was on... I even tried to just go buy a used one, they wouldnt have it, they wanted to sell a New one, I questioned the interest rate, giving them suggestions on different banks, they said we deal with ally financial lol..finally I left around 12 because I just could not deal with them. i came home put my feet in carsyns pool and opened up a beer. Phone rang at 1:01. (from cell phone, i really dont watch the clock that close) it was Joe from Urse with a deal. So I said yes, have the car and paperwork ready and we will be there, we live 15 minutes away. Take note that it was 1:01 when I said have the car ready. So i get dressed and head back to Fairmont, cause i NEEDED this jeep. So we get back there around 1:30 give or take 5 minutes. The salesman we dealt with, Mike, who i must say was awesome thru the whole ordeal, was waiting. He said there are 2 ahead of you shouldnt be long. I talked on the phone once and 2:00 to my sister, and chit chatted with the people around. I dont really know the exact time I finally got in to see the financial manger, but my husband had time to walk to McDonald and eat, I drove to Walmart and got some medicine and water because I didnt feel well came back and still waited a while before going in. But finally i was getting my jeep. went in, sat down still questioned the interest rate to this guy, 4.3 was high for a new vehicle. He response...we deal with ally...hmmm got that..I knew i was getting screwed but I was getting my jeep..hahaha didnt matter. so all the paperwork was done, time to go home....in a perfect world you would think huh? No we get out there get in the jeep and we get sorry, we dont have any Inspection Sticker. We sent someone to our Bridgeport location to get them. REALLY? It took him an hour, AN HOUR!, to drive from South Fairmont to Meadowbrook Mall Exit and back. I kept going in and saying any sticker yet? Joe kept saying he left 5 minutes ago. Now I think i may have asked 4 times and got the exact same answer. Now think about it, a car lot with no stickers. So I walked outside, Now keep in mind it was almost 5:00. This refers back to the 1:01 phone call when I said yes, we will take it, have it ready. At that time, did they not realize they had no stickers, 4 hours later and no sticker. Not one time did JOE say, Im sorry, how can I make this right, nor did he even say I'm sorry. Just he left 5 minutes ago. So i finally sat in this jeep long enough. I was ready to go home. I walked in side and said. I want my car back and I'm going home. I have never ever encountered this experience when i bought cars. And trust me, I have bought a lot of cars. He spun around and said look you want your car back fine, at this time I was really pissed. I said yes, I want my ###### car back and i want it now. I grabbed my stuff from the jeep and threw it in my car and drove off. I did learn a few things from this experience. URSE is not out there to get you the best deal, they only use ally financial, they dont care if you are sitting there all day, some of their employees are xxxxx and I dont need a new car! Mine is fine. More
True professionals These guys are the best. By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Their team worked hard to get me the deal I needed but what really im These guys are the best. By far, the best car buying experience I have ever had. Their team worked hard to get me the deal I needed but what really impressed me was the level of service I have received after the purchase. Mr Payjack called me personally to thank me and my wife and invited us back to go over the new truck again. There's tons of technology on these things these days. I just found them to be honest, fair, and extremely interested in making sure we were happy. It was a breath of fresh air. More
I purchased a used 2010 Dodge Nitro with only 50,000 miles. After having this horrible car for only three weeks the check engine light came on. Having the remainder of the factory warranty I took it to miles. After having this horrible car for only three weeks the check engine light came on. Having the remainder of the factory warranty I took it to Urse Dodge in Fairmont on Friday August 2. Was told by Dan that the head gasket was blown and they would start on Monday to fix it. To be brief a week later it still had a check engine light. Fast forward TWO MORE WEEKS they finally diagnosed that they put the wrong cylinder head on! Still waiting on correct parts to arrive and hopefully their hack "master technicians" will be able to figure out how to get my car running. Now as to customer service. It doesn't exist! Dan is a liar and will never call you to update you, and when you call him back he'll say "hehe I was just getting ready to call you" or " uhm we don't have a clue whats wrong but I'll call you back". After a week and a half of dealing with this imbecile I have dealt with Jim a "service manager" who sounds like all the xxxxxxx used car salesman cliches you've ever seen. If he really is a manager he has no clue what is going on in his service department and is even worse to call back. He usually makes one of the girls who answer the phone relay messages because he is "in a meeting" or "out to lunch". Please take my advise and run far and fast from Urse Dodge! More
This was the most horrific experience in car buying that I have ever experienced. My husband worked up a deal on a used van from Urse Dodge Chrysler and spoke with a sales manager (or someone who claimed to I have ever experienced. My husband worked up a deal on a used van from Urse Dodge Chrysler and spoke with a sales manager (or someone who claimed to be one). We had already been there once before and I didn't get a warm or even slightly good feeling from them. The "SALES MANAGERS" (aka...Gods) sat up on this podium with their disgustingly smug looks, as if to try and make people feel inferior, or to intimidate customers. Sorry guys, doesn't work for me How about putting that much effort into customer service?! So basically, this deal was all worked out, they were aware that we had financing and so we were told that they would "wrap it up" for us and in the meantime, we would load all of our 4 kids into our van to drive over an hour to pick up our new van! That didn't work out so well. We got there and saw the van sitting with a dealer tag already on it. My husband took that as an immediate RED FLAG. I, on the other hand, thought, "wow, they really got it all ready to go for us!" Mary Jo came out and looked nervous....in short, NO ONE (not even that crappy sales manager) pulled the keys or le ANYONE know that we were coming down to purchase the van and in the time it took us to get down there, someone else was already writing up a deal on it!! You can imagine the horror of this! We were then told to not be discouraged but to wait around because the other people didn't think that they would be approved for the loan. Well, guess what, they were. And so the van was sold out from underneath of us right in front of our faces. Typical for Mary Jo, she looked like a deer in headlights, not an apology, not an offer to make it better, not even a mention of a manager speaking to us! So, that was that. We left there with 2 kids that we took out of school early and 2 others that couldn't seem to understand why we weren't driving our new van home! To this day, I have not heard from them. I intend on reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and also letting everyone and anyone that I come in contact with that is looking for a vehicle, to NEVER even consider using this dealership. They are the worst dealership in the world! And in addition to the poor service, Mary Jo was probably the biggest ditz that I have ever come across, and believe me, I have dealt with several! One of her lines is as follows, "so, like this van has um like really high Mega Byte memory and I don't really know what that is....but, that is like REALLY good!" Really?? What a bunch of idiots!
