What was unique about this buying experience is that we only went in for service and came out with a new car. We had no reason to buy, since we still loved our 8-year old Jeep Compass. However, while we waited, a salesman, Kenny Burnley, offered to have us test-drive a new Jeep Compass and then a Jeep Cherokee. We agreed "just for the fun of it." New Chrysler 200 Kim coerced me into buying this car. I told her flat out I did not want a new car nor did a need once.
