Took a while, but.... Had to have my Chrysler 200 towed in due to an electrical system failure. The car is a factory certified used vehicle purchased at a different dealers Had to have my Chrysler 200 towed in due to an electrical system failure. The car is a factory certified used vehicle purchased at a different dealership, and still covered under the 3 month warrantee. Dave gave me the number to call for towing and took care of the repairs once the vehicle got to their shop (three major electrical components failed simultaneously). There was a delay due to parts availability, but Dave set up a rental car for me to use. Fortunately, everything including the towing and rental were covered under warrantee, so all I had to pay was the $100 deductible. More

Oil Change I have 3 vehicles and bring them to Uptown for oil changes and they are always friendly and do a good job. My only complaint is they charge extra because a couple of my vehicles use more than 5 quarts of oil but I don't get a reduction on the one vehicle that use less than 5 quarts. More
