I purchased a new Jeep this week and told the dealer how important it was to have 4 wheel drive so I could make it up my driveway in our severe winters here in Wisconsin. I assumed that FWD in the description meant 4 wheel drive. The next morning, after I had driven home my new Jeep, the sales rep called me to tell me about his mistake - that my car was front wheel drive. He had already located an identical vehicle with 4 wheel drive that I could pick up later that day. Great recovery, great service. More

Stopping by the dealership the day after the purchase, to drop off the title, I was surprised to have a tire pressure light go on in my other vehicle. I asked Josh if someone in the service dept could check the pressures for me and they discovered a nail, which they repaired quickly and reasonably. Very friendly, low pressure, and dependable. More
