My husband and I cringe at the thought of looking for a car when that time is needed. Jamie Baake was a excellent sales professional. He made our automobile search a totally relaxed/no pressure experience. His concern to help us find just that right car and knowledge of vehicles was impressive. It is refreshing to know that we still have great customer service with our younger generation. We just took our Kia Sorrento on a 6 hour drive. It drove wonderfully. Knowing that my husband now has a safe, fuel efficient, all-wheel drive vehicle for our Wisconsin winters is a definent piece of mind. Unlike his old Dodge Ram, the Kia now fits in our small, two car garage too! Kudos and Hugs to Jamie for making our purchase experience a good one! We will diffinetly go back when we are in search for another car. I will definetly recommend Uptown and our salesman Jamie to our family, friends and future acquaintances. Thank you again Jamie!
