Rear Window Washer Nozzle Came in for an oil change and mentioned the rear window washer nozzle was missing. Called me when part came in and unfortunately it was not the right Came in for an oil change and mentioned the rear window washer nozzle was missing. Called me when part came in and unfortunately it was not the right part (the whole unit is sold as one). Apologized for the mistake and did a search for one that would not cost me an arm and a leg. As soon as they located one they called and I was able to come up and get it replaced. Took about 10 minutes to get it replaced and it works beautifully! John Smith and all the service technicians are well worth my drive up from Milwaukee to get anything fixed on my Jeep Patriot! More

Oil change and check for oil leak Came in to have a scheduled oil change, and to have the service department look for a possible oil leak that I noticed on the garage floor. The oil change went without any issues, but the leak of the oil could not be determined. Not a problem. I will keep an eye on it to see if the leak returns, and if it does I will go back to this dealer to have it fixed. More
