When you take your car or truck to Uptown you are treated like they really care about "YOU". Over the years they are used to caring for Lincoln buyers who expect that top end treatment. they don't care what like they really care about "YOU". Over the years they are used to caring for Lincoln buyers who expect that top end treatment. they don't care what kind of car you have, buy, or used to have, they just want to take care of you. then maybe someday all of us will be a owner of a Ford/lincoln product. During my visit to the Service Dept. at Uptown Ford the entire staff treated me like I was the owner. At one point I even felt like I was only customer in the building! Work was completed as agreed. Most of the cost was covered by the maintenance insurance except the $75 shipping fee for the transmission. Nothing but good thins to say. From the moment I walked in the Body Shop door to the minute I picked up my again beautiful truck at the front door I was nothing but amazed. A rental car waiting for me when I dropped off my car. It took me a while to get used to driving a "regular" car as opposed to my Escape. Quite a difference. Both Scott and Bruce were very friendly. They kept me advised throughout the entire process from insurance stuff to pick up. Great job! Also please extend my kudos to the technicians in the actual Body Shop. They did a wonderful job - I can't tell the accident even happened. And, what a nice surprise to have a clean truck, both inside and out, returned to me! Again - great job guys Kristen Bruder More

We took our minivan for an oil change and car wash to Uptown Ford. The service team left huge scratches (peeled off paint 4 inches long x 2 inches wide) on the bumper. When we demanded to get it repainte Uptown Ford. The service team left huge scratches (peeled off paint 4 inches long x 2 inches wide) on the bumper. When we demanded to get it repainted, they started being down right disrespectful. They kept claiming that the scratches were already there before we dropped off the car which is not true. I have been showing this car to potential buyers for the past week and never ever saw those scratches. These scratches would have formed only by driving up against something really hard. Our guess is the service rep took it out for ride (8 miles added to odometer, one does not have to drive the car that far for an oil change within the shop) and backed into something. Worst customer service ever. The floor manager (Bruce - dont know his last name) did not even try to resolve the issue and his 20 something assistant (Jessica - dont know her last name) was yelling at us. These rude people don't deserve to be in customer facing jobs. More
