I have a dashboard rattle in my new CMax Energi. Josh road with me to hear it and worked on it while I was driving. We both thought it was OK, but there is still a slight rattle. I had a 3 month old baby with me and everyone was very accomodating when he decided to take a nap, talk loudly and fussed about being tired! The price of the tire rotation and oil change was very reasonable. The service staff did a thorough inspection and completed work in a very timely manner. I was given great service. The young woman who took care of my service work took great care of me. Best part of my service experiences are usually my dealing with the people up front, especially Fred Schmi of my service work took great care of me. I am in for service on my cares every three months or so and it is difficult to come up with new things to say. If I was displeased I would put in my comments about that. More
There were a couple different noises in the car that concerned me. The Service Manager came to take a ride with me in the car to see if he could determine what the noise was. It turned out to be an alignment issue with the tires. The tires were "cupped". He suggested I should have my tires rotated periodically. I told him I thought that was automatically done whenever I came in for my regular maintenance (oil change, etc.). He told me it wasn't automatically done. I had to request it. The Service Department fixed the issue by rotating and aligning the tires. More
