Not one employee ever smiled during the entire visit. I felt as if I was just one more customer interrupting their busy day....or they truly didn't like their jobs?? Not what I expected at all from this dealership. The efficiency and quality of the work was great. I do mystery shopping of car dealers on a regular basis and if this was one of those, it probably would have had a pretty low ranking. More

He understood that I wasn't looking to replace my vehicle soon since I have 18 months left on my lease. He was very knowledgeable about current models as well as proposed future models. It was a very relaxed and comfortable conversation. Just like I was talking to a member of my family. I cannot say enough good things about Uptown. More
