Service was little behind schedule, but completely satisfied with worked performed. Thankyou service department! I know during these times during covid that there are things that are out of our contro satisfied with worked performed. Thankyou service department! I know during these times during covid that there are things that are out of our control/ and continue to be hectic,completely understandable but, on the other hand, the older female (mary behind the service checkout where you pay your bill could stand to learn a few manners. Service writer was awesome....Checkout, very disappointng. She was very rude and and uppity. I am loyal and will continue to use Uptown for all my service needs, but when I go to pay my bill next round, she WILL NOT be the one checking me out! Make no mistake about that one. I will request a different checkout person simply because of her very unprofessional, yucky attitude.She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills that reflect on Uptown Ford!!!!!! This is not the 1st time dealing with Mary Clairs bad attitude towards my wife and I being loyal customers. BUT IT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER DEAL WITH HER!! More

Service was fine, however was upset to hear that the lugnuts on my 2017 Cmax have to be replaced due to corrosion between the chrome cover and the steel main part to the tune of $149. I just talked to parts and they said they will be replaced with the same rendition, which means that in 3 years I'll have to do the same thing. I wish you would put some pressure on Ford to do a recall, which I believe they have declined. This is ridiculous that they would continue with this design problem. All I can hope for is that they will do a recall and that I can get my money back. More

I called and told them my problem. the next day they came and picked up my car, brought me a loaner to use, fixed mine and returned it to me.
