You are asking a customer to write 25 words in summary of a visit to a dealership I consider to be the only one I go to? Do you not realize that some people do not have the the time to spend on the computer a visit to a dealership I consider to be the only one I go to? Do you not realize that some people do not have the the time to spend on the computer to hammer out the details of a trip to a dealership. It went well should be all I have to respond. It was a good experience all except the demand for a thesis about how the experience went with limits on how too fill it out. I wonder what the maximum number of words are? Perhaps you could let the customer know that fact as well and then he or she would not have too guess. I hope I am getting to the end of my allotted time as I am running out of things to say or report. I arrived at 10 am for a 10 am appointment and they were instructed too change the oil, which was a little before the needed change, but they did that. They were instructed to rotate the tires and I think they did that also, but I don't know if that happened, I just have to trust the people I talked to. How am I doing? Uptown is a Dealership that's about its people. I have never gone there when someone has not made an effort to take care of me. My last visit was to have their body shop repair my damaged rear window on m never gone there when someone has not made an effort to take care of me. I had to have my drivers side mirror replaced after it was hit by a delivery van. They got me an appointment very quickly and were incredibly friendly. I have a 2013 Ford C-Max that began having starting issues. Always overnight, fortunately in my garage at home. It was so frequent the AAA drive knows us well. They said a new battery would take care of it. Nope. A few days later it happened again. I spent hours sitting in their waiting room and spent a lot of money for them to 'reset the modules' which they said was the problem. Three weeks later dead in the AM again. It was a Saturday morning. I called their service center and kept getting voicemail. Left a message. They were open. AAA came and got us started again. Monday still no one called me back. I called service center, got voicemail, left message. No one called all day. Monday evening I went online to do a 'chat' with Uptown and was promised a manager would call next day. Well it's now Friday, no one has contacted me. So far car has started. I have to go out and check my car early enough each day so there's time for AAA to come if needed. Real reliable service done...NOT. More
