Uptown never fails to impress! My appointment was scheduled for 9:30 am. I had a change in my schedule and arrived at 9. They took me in right away and got my car on the books. Everyone was perfectly nice, but I had an issue where my sync was not updating and Ford told me to take it in to a dealer, no problem. Uptown wanted to charge me 150 bucks, and I figured that is fine, that sync was not updating and Ford told me to take it in to a dealer, no problem. Uptown wanted to charge me 150 bucks, and I figured that is fine, that way I can get CarPlay in my car. Well they end up bricking my entertainment system, and I understand that this is something that can happen. Then Uptown says they'll order the part and won't charge labor on it as a sign of good faith. The part they ordered costs somewhere around 300-500 dollars and they charged 850. So really it's just the dishonesty and the fact that my issue still hasn't really been resolved yet as the CarPlay doesn't work without swapping the usb module, which I'm just going to do myself because I can't trust this place now.
