Took my car in for a light on. No one reached out to tell me the problem I had to call them. When they did reach out they said parts needed to be ordered and I could pick the car u No one reached out to tell me the problem I had to call them. Tech tried to diagnose intermittent problem with ABS system. Spent 2 days but could not replicate issue. I give this tech high praise for attempting to do this without check engine light. Prompt in getting you checked in and getting your vehicle into a stall for service. After my vehicle was taken to the work stall, the mechanic was on his cell phone several times. He also didn't seem to kno into a stall for service. After my vehicle was taken to the work stall, the mechanic was on his cell phone several times. He also didn't seem to know how to remove the air filter cover. He never got it open to check the filter. When my vehicle was returned, there were several dirty grease patches on the hood, grill, left fender, driver's door handle, and inside on driver's door interior.
