Devarrio was great, he answered all of my questions, wanting me to completely understand the process. He described everything I wanted to know about the car, pricing and more, setting up some of the n wanting me to completely understand the process. WHEN WE ENTERED THE SHOWROOM, RICH APPROACHED US IN A VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE WAY. WE HAD A TRADE-IN AND DIDN'T HAVE OUR TITLE WITH US SO THAT COMPLICATED THINGS. HOWEVER, RICH AND SCOTT KRAUSE M VERY FRIENDLY AND INFORMATIVE WAY. WE HAD A TRADE-IN AND DIDN'T HAVE OUR TITLE WITH US SO THAT COMPLICATED THINGS. HOWEVER, RICH AND SCOTT KRAUSE MADE IT ALL HAPPEN. ALSO THE VEHICLE MY HUSBAND WANTED (THE NAVIGATO WITH BACK BENCH SEATS) WAS SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO FIND BUT AGAIN RICH WORKED VERY HARD TO GET JUST THE RIGHT VEHICLE. I was given great service. The young woman who took care of my service work took great care of me. Best part of my service experiences are usually my dealing with the people up front, especially Fred Schmi of my service work took great care of me. I am in for service on my cares every three months or so and it is difficult to come up with new things to say. If I was displeased I would put in my comments about that. More
There were a couple different noises in the car that concerned me. The Service Manager came to take a ride with me in the car to see if he could determine what the noise was. It turned out to be an alignment issue with the tires. The tires were "cupped". He suggested I should have my tires rotated periodically. I told him I thought that was automatically done whenever I came in for my regular maintenance (oil change, etc.). He told me it wasn't automatically done. I had to request it. The Service Department fixed the issue by rotating and aligning the tires. More
