First visit Drove in, no one was there, sat in car for about 5 minutes or so until a tech said to go inside. Waited several more minutes for the guy at the compu Drove in, no one was there, sat in car for about 5 minutes or so until a tech said to go inside. Waited several more minutes for the guy at the computer to finish his phone conversation, talk to a tech about a missing key, finish a previous order and then finally get to me. Over all it tool 15-20 minutes just to drop my car off. Everything else was fine. More

Great team I needed a new vehicle after having my Mountaineer for 9 years. I have little time to hang out in person so John and Amanda sent me info on vehicles I needed a new vehicle after having my Mountaineer for 9 years. I have little time to hang out in person so John and Amanda sent me info on vehicles of my choice. After deciding on make, I checked website inventory (very accessible site). Narrowed my choice to 2, told them I'd be in after work. I decided, filled out paperwork and went home to make dinner for kids. Went back 2 hours later, traded i and drove away very happy! So easy! Thank you Glenn, John, Scott and Amanda for making my experience pleasant and easy. More
