The SC class without the third row seat, had everything on our demands list, and much more. We had shopped at other brands and dealers. The family owned Uptown For - Lincoln dealer once again gave us everything. From satisfying the Ford Edge load, to refunding taxes paid, this dealer had it right for all to see. We feel no need to ever shop anywhere else. On the grNd kids cars, we will stop at Uptown first. Truly- our needs weee meet and exceed all expectation. Ty F E Gracy More

Maintainance I was promised a 45 minute to one hour wait. But it took 1 1/2 hours due to being "short handed". Oil change/ other stuff wrong I was very upset after my oil change. I asked to have my back door checked because it does not open. They checked it and charged me additional $116.00 I was very upset after my oil change. I asked to have my back door checked because it does not open. They checked it and charged me additional $116.00 to check it. My total was $153.00. I was also told I need lower control arms which would cost $700.00 and to replace the door latch would be and additional $300.00. I bought this car in March/2015 and I have put over $3000,00 in this car for repair. I could have taken that money and got a new car. I now have to figure out if my tires are going to cave in on me, if I don't get the lower control arms fixed. I didn't have an additional $116.00 just for them to check to see if why my door wont open. That's why I'm upset and tired of putting money into this truck. More

30,000 Mile Maintenance I brought in my car for 30,000 mile maintenance and oil change. The staff from beginning to end was kind and helpful. If the rep. did not know the answer, the rep. would find out, answer the question and leave me be while browsing. Before driving my purchased vehicle, a tech demonstrated all the features and set up the vehicle to my preferences. he further gave me his business card to contact him if I had any questions. More
