Oil change Marlon Hood went over and above for me on customer service as did Logan Cannestra, car technician. I asked how I could clean sap from my windshield. I got the car back with the sap removed and washed better than I could have expected due to the mud splashes. Thank you! More

As always, great service Took my vehicle to a parts store to have the battery evaluated. Zero cold-cranking amps, one volt short of a full charge. They couldn't replace it because of its location under the hood. Took it to Uptown with the expectation of only setting up an appointment. Fred got me in right away; a half an hour later, I'm driving away fully charged. Outstanding! More

Looking to Upgrade I was looking at many different dealerships, all with high pressure salesmen. I owned a Lincoln and went to Uptown for service for that vehicle. I admired the way I was given information of autos but was not pressured to buy. Took as long as I needed and ended up with a 2019 Nautilus. I was pleasantly surprised because I was in market for an used auto. They worked their magic to put me in my first brand new vehicle. Thanks Uptown!! More
