Always Great Experience Took 2011Explorer in for undefined problem in electrical system, without prior appointment. Also needed oil change. Michelle, as always, got right on the problem and got work done on my tight schedule. Found out everything OK with car, had oil change, tire rotation and air filter replaced. Michelle came to me and indicated I had enough reward points to cover the bill. This touch most appreciated, as I would have probably forgotten. Service has improved since Michelle returned to dealer. Good job. Will strongly consider next new auto from this dealer. More
