Not what we expected We took our car in on a Friday as no acceleration. The service department informed us on Mon. that the technician who works on transmissions was on v We took our car in on a Friday as no acceleration. The service department informed us on Mon. that the technician who works on transmissions was on vacation for the week, but we could lease a car. Since we did have another vehicle, we passed on that and waited until the transmission guy came back. It was determined that we needed a new transmission (rebuilt). We waited. The part didn't come in until Friday. According to them, the service department was not notified, so didn't work on the car. We are now on week three. On Mon. they started work (we think) and it was to be done on Tues. We were notified on Tues. that someone had pulled the transmission guy off of our car to work on another car, so our's did not get done. Seriously? After waiting two weeks ours gets bumped? We finally picked up the car Wed. night. We had thought that maybe because of the inconvenience that we had experienced they might at least run the car through the wash. Not. No sorry, no anything. We were really disappointed. More
