Never Give Up I was contacted by Brian Slovachek after I had submitted an online request on a 2020 Explorer ST that you had in stock last year. I travel extensively so connecting face to face with Brian took almost 3 months. What impressed me is he never gave up and when we did communicate there were never any signs of frustration from him.
