Service was little behind schedule, but completely satisfied with worked performed. Thankyou service department! Service writer was awesome....Checkout, very disappointng. She was very rude and and uppity. I am loyal and will continue to use Uptown for all my service needs, but when I go to pay my bill next round, she WILL NOT be the one checking me out! Make no mistake about that one. I will request a different checkout person simply because of her very unprofessional, yucky attitude.She definitely needs to work on her customer service skills that reflect on Uptown Ford!!!!!! This is not the 1st time dealing with Mary Clairs bad attitude towards my wife and I being loyal customers. BUT IT IS THE LAST TIME I WILL EVER DEAL WITH HER!! More
Always friendly - goes out of his way to make sure we got everything we wanted. They made sure we were able to take the car home the day we purchased it so we wouldn’t have to drive back down there. Service was fine, however was upset to hear that the lugnuts on my 2017 Cmax have to be replaced due to corrosion between the chrome cover and the steel main part to the tune of $149. I just talked to parts and they said they will be replaced with the same rendition, which means that in 3 years I'll have to do the same thing. I wish you would put some pressure on Ford to do a recall, which I believe they have declined. This is ridiculous that they would continue with this design problem. All I can hope for is that they will do a recall and that I can get my money back. More

Uptown Ford really wanted my business. They worked hard and earned that! I really appreciated how they treated me from the beginning of the process to the very end. I felt they offered a fair trade on my and earned that! I really appreciated how they treated me from the beginning of the process to the very end. I felt they offered a fair trade on my mustang when other dealerships did not. I ended up keeping my convertible mustang for sentimental reasons.
