Repeat and loyal customer I had a minor issue with the capless fuel filler neck in my 2012 Escape which I recently purchased from Uptown. The service writer was very thoroug I had a minor issue with the capless fuel filler neck in my 2012 Escape which I recently purchased from Uptown. The service writer was very thorough in his service wrap up and explained that the filler neck was vented properly and I shouldn't have any issues with backwash spilling out of the gas tank after the gas nozzle shut off when getting fuel. I've taken all our Fords (the last six vehicles I've owned have been Fords) to Uptown for service and will continue to do so. I am treated very well and feel like everyone at the dealership cares about me and always exceeding my expectations. More
