Appointment means nothing to the service dept Had one to replace a tire. Had a quote from them . After a hour they tell me no one bothered to c if a tire was in stock. 2 hours to get a tire. The manager obviously doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Or the meaning of the word appointment. More
