Uptown Ford Lincoln

I bought my truck on the coldest stormiest winter day in December. Obviously now that the temperature has risen I am discovering more and more things wrong with my vehicle. I have been back to the dealership more than I would have like to. The last issue I discovered my sub woofer was not working. Yes covered by the extended warranty with a deductible. This truck was sold to me like this it’s not right, haven’t even put 4200 miles on the truck, am older woman that doesn’t blast her music. This was the 3rd trip diagnostic 1st, 2nd wrong speakers ordered, also discovered on the visit my back mat was left out previous visit. I was made to be crazy ironically they found the exact same mat I was missing out back. Todays visit speaker in, with deductible, last visit I was told $0. Service guy just shrugs his shoulders. Luxury where? I came from a Kia, treated better there with less issues! I will be trying another Lincoln location. More

This location is new to me, my previous Lincoln dealer closed their doors after 60 plus years of a family owned operation. I have had less than one year of visiting this location. Love the vehicle, clean up with almost a full day before delivery very poor I brought vehicle back the following day after taking delivery. Just a few things wrong as follows, three of the four valve caps m delivery very poor I brought vehicle back the following day after taking delivery. Just a few things wrong as follows, three of the four valve caps missing, dirt and leaf debris in rear storage compartment that was never vacuumed out, dirt around instrument cluster never wiped off, very dirty by seat belt mounts USB ports in forward storage not working. Not at all acceptable as far as I'm concerned spending over 40 thousand dollars on a used truck. All listed above was corrected. I will recommend Uptown but advise to check vehicle closely before driving vehicle home. I want to make clear clean up Department is the reason for this review, not sales Department More
