Technitians are very knowledgeable. It wasn’t easy to diagnose why my MKC wasn’t cranking even when it had a new battery. We had a delay waiting for the part - a battery relay - but onc It wasn’t easy to diagnose why my MKC wasn’t cranking even when it had a new battery.
