I had serviced on on January 26. The service was an oil change and a rotation of the tires. Once it was done, I got a call from service at that point I could not pick it up right awa The service was an oil change and a rotation of the tires. Once it was done, I got a call from service at that point I could not pick it up right away so I told him I would not be there until 6 o'clock. The service employee told me that they would be closed at that point. I told them to just leave my keys in the car and I would pick it up. Once I arrived, I could not find my car. I was figuring it would be parked up by the building where the service door was. Luckily, I found two employees still there and I asked where the car was at that point they did not know where it was either, which was fine but once they told me, the financial manager moved my car, because she did not like it parked, where it was . We finally found the car. It was not in a location where I would think they would put a vehicle that I had bought from this dealership and had service done and a spot where I could not find it very disappointed in how I was treated at that point other than that, your service department is very well run and I was happy with that service More

I was having issues with my key sense fob. The sales lady after Two Hours Googled the issue and found out that the fob with key sense limits the sound on the Radio. I don't know if it is necessarily the dealers fault but bad training and information from Chrysler. More
