If you want great service for your vehicle or a new or used vehicle. Upstate CDJR in Attica NY is the dealership for you. Why? It's because I've had my SUV serviced here and I just traded my Foot Edge Sel used vehicle. Upstate CDJR in Attica NY is the dealership for you. Why? It's because I've had my SUV serviced here and I just traded my Foot Edge Sel in here and a GMC Arcadia SLE from them was beyond awesome expensive and far better than experience that I had at Castilone CDJR in Batavia New York. Dropped off driveshaft for ujoint install. Shortly after picking up driveshaft, noticed snap ring not locked in channel. Very dangerous! Sent picture to manager. He said was not going to drop Shortly after picking up driveshaft, noticed snap ring not locked in channel. Very dangerous! Sent picture to manager. He said was not going to drop everything to attend to the driveshaft. He said drop off the driveshaft and he would look at it when he has time. I paid $373.36 for the ujoint install. It should have been professional. Long story short, one hour after picking up driveshaft, I had to take it to another mopar dealer which was great. They looked at it, noticed the problem, and agreed to order the another ujoint and install under warranty. If this was gone unnoticed, , this would have been a bad situation when the spinning driveshaft fell off. Very bad! In addition, upstate entered the wrong vehicle year and model on the invoice. They also entered the wrong vin# which caused unneccesary confusion when the other dealer went to order parts under warranty. The unsafe installation should have never went out the door. I did asm to speak with a supervisor, but I was told supervisor was on vacation in florida right now. More
