Purchasing the Ram Promaster City Van wagon from Upstate CDJR was one of the easiest vehicle purchases I've ever experienced. Living 40 miles away from the dealership could have excluded them from a purchase consideration but Connor Holmes was willing to drive the Ram Procity van to my home so that I could take it for a test drive. Tim was a very helpful and had knowledge of all aspects of the vehicles I drove and looked at. Tim was NOT a pushy salesman. He was quite courteous. I did not come back for several weeks while I looked at other vehicles at other dealers. I came back and bought a totally different style vehicle than I was originally looking at. Tim was easy to deal with. Tim also looked for each and every incentive to help get the cost of this vehicle down. I believe I received a very fair price on my trade in as well.
