Absolutely Exceptional! My salesman is Tim Dellapenta. I came into the dealership and drove numerous types vehicles. Tim was a very helpful and had knowledge of all aspects of the vehicles I drove and looked at. Tim was NOT a pushy salesman. He was quite courteous. I did not come back for several weeks while I looked at other vehicles at other dealers. I came back and bought a totally different style vehicle than I was originally looking at. Tim was easy to deal with. Tim also looked for each and every incentive to help get the cost of this vehicle down. I believe I received a very fair price on my trade in as well. I would go back to Tim and Upstate Dodge in a heartbeat! I would highly recommend doing business with this dealership. KUDDOS to all! More
