I made an appointment on Monday for blown wheel seals in the rear of my truck to be done on Friday. Dropped the truck off Thursday night for the appointment. Friday I called in the afternoon to see if the truck was done and was told they did not have the seals and they were a day out. So no one had ordered the parts when I scheduled the appointment like they should have. They asked to keep the truck and would have it wrapped up Monday. Called back Monday afternoon and said part was scheduled to arrive Tuesday. Again forgot to order the part. Called Tuesday afternoon and said that they would wrap the truck up on Wednesday by noon. So they had my truck 6 days to do a couple hours of work. More

would definitely recommend this company for purchasing a new vehicle. I spoke to my sales rep Eric before I came to the location to see if the vehicle I was interested in was still available because I would new vehicle. When I got there he had pulled the vehicle inside for me because it started to rain with slushy snow. The finance manager Madison was excellent they took my information and followed up with me the very next day! I picked up my new vehicle and the process was smooth, I didn’t feel pressured into buying anything and they were very welcoming and accommodating to my request.
