Scammers that do not support customers or business ethics. Caught them falsifying an inspection denial for needed urgent repairs. On a previous vehicle issue they tried to sell services for a a known failure without even attempting warranty support on a vehicle with 25k miles purchased there. Guessing they only exist by scamming the unknowning and preying upon folks who try to support local business. More

Made my appointment for oil change and tire rotation. Gave some other issues to diag. Took a week and I got my truck back with the service done and nothing else. On this particular visit I called just one hour before arriving and they were able to get me in for an o service and accommodation of customer needs.
