I had a 2008 Ford Edge (base model) that I absolutely loved but was ready to have more of the bells and whistles. I started out by getting a pre-approved loan through USAA and the USAA price. No matter what other dealers offered, Mark at Ron Bortnick, offered me more for my trade-in and a better price on the new vehicle. Then to top it all off the vehicle that I wanted was being sent to a Virginia dealership. As soon as it came off the truck in Virginia the Mark had was sending people out to bring it to Maryland. They drove it back wrapped in plastic. I am now the proud owner of a 2011 Ford Edge Sport. I have purchased at least 10 new vehicles from different dealerships and this was by far the best experience I have ever had. And I love that I splurged for the service package because now I have a reason to go back every 5,000 miles to say hello.
