Whenever a rebate is available, I am not only informed about it, but all the paperwork necessary for redemption is provided without even asking, making it very simple to send it in the mail. It's nice to go to a place where they take pride in finding the best deal for you and make it a priority to accommodate your needs as a customer, such as the shuttle service they offer which I've used a couple of times.
