Terrible experience I bought a Dodge Durango that had a damaged computer screen. It took them six weeks to fix the screen. Not once was I contacted during those six weeks I bought a Dodge Durango that had a damaged computer screen. It took them six weeks to fix the screen. Not once was I contacted during those six weeks to inform me about the status of the car. When I tried calling Unlimited Motors, either my calls were not answered or I was forwarded to a number that did not answer. For six weeks, I paid the loan for this car but was not sure if I will ever actually get the car. Eventually, I was able to find a service person who actually was willing to talk with me and helped me understand what was going on. Angie, who sold me the car, only called me six weeks into the process after she had received the fixed car. She said that she was in Mexico these weeks. Why did she not call me from there or ask somebody else to keep me updated? Furthermore, when I finally got the car, it had a crack in front window. They told me that they will have a local company call me and fix the window at their expense. This company did not call. Only after I aggressively confronted Angie did this company call me for an appointment to fix the window. In the end, I paid for the car for six weeks without having access to it or any security that I will ever have access to it. More
