I totally wasted my New Years Day Traveling to Ohio on a Bait and Switch Car Dealership.. Came Home and found this Dealership On Sat Morning .. Called Angi and found out the Truck She Had was still available.. Did the whole Credit app over the Phone and 2 hours later I was driving a New To Me F150 home.. Great way to start off the New Year!!! More
Misled and lied too I purchased a vehicle(2007 Lexus RX 400H) from Indy’s Unlimited Motors on the night of 12-17-15. I was told that the vehicle had been put thru a thoro I purchased a vehicle(2007 Lexus RX 400H) from Indy’s Unlimited Motors on the night of 12-17-15. I was told that the vehicle had been put thru a thorough inspection and in great condition. The next night(12-18-15) while driving on the highway the power steering light came on and the car lost power steering. After getting the car to the side of the road and looking a the power steering reservoir and not finding it I restarted the car and the light went off and I was able to drive the car. The very next day(12-19-15) the issue happened again and continued to happen. After some hours I was able to finally make it home. I called Indy's unlimited motors first thing Monday(12-21-15) morning and advised them of the issue. I also called a mechanic about the issue I was advised of what the possible cause. Indy's unlimited motors said to bring the vehicle to them and they would take a look at it. After leaving the vehicle with them they called as stated that they would need to keep the car over night that they did not have the part to fix it and would need time to order the part. on Tuesday(12-22-15) indy"s unlimited motors called and stated that they could not reproduce the issue and that no issues were showing when the car was put on the scanner but Lexus had a recall out for the vehicle and one was for a service recall and the other was a special service and that it covered the issue with the vehicle. I advised them to go ahead and send it to Lexus to get it fixed I was then told that if indy's unlimited motors took the vehicle to the Lexus dealership that Lexus would take their time fixing the issue or just turn them away and not fix the issue, that it would be better if I took the vehicle to Lexus so I could get faster service. I then call the Lexus dealership and provided them with the VIN number of the vehicle to check for a recall. I was advised that there was only one recall for my vehicle and it was for a software update for the fuel system. I picked up the vehicle on that night(12-22-15) so that I could get it to a dealership and have it scanned which was completed the next day(12-23-15). after learning that the power steering rack and pinion was completely messed up and would need to be replaced and that if the had of been inspected that would have shown up I took the vehicle back to indy's unlimited motors and asked to speak to the manager and was told that she was not there but I saw her at the end of the hallway. I let the sales person I had been dealing with (Dave) know that the car had a major safety issue was was not drivable and I wanted the to fix the issue I was denied and when I asked about getting a different vehicle again I was denied. I then informed them that I did not like being lied too about the condition of the call and that I no longer want the car and was told that they were not going to do anything to help. More

He and Anji were able to get me into a hard to finance car, even when an unexpected surprise popped up on my credit report. I had been shopping for a H2 for over a year and their prices were more than reasonable when compared to several other dealerships I had looked at. Our family has now bought two cars from this dealership with the help of Dave Scott and it has been an excellent experience both times. We are happy with both the customer service and the vehicles. More

Bought this vehicle as is, but I had some issues with the A/C and two vents that had broken adj This was the easiest car transaction I have ever made. Bought this vehicle as is, but I had some issues with the A/C and two vents that had broken adjusters. Took it back to discuss getting these items repaired and with NO hesitation they immediately evacuated, flushed and recharged the coolant for the A/C and replaced both broken vents.I didn't even have to argue about it with anyone there. Quite unusual as when this sort of thing has happened before the dealer balked at wanting to do anything, about it as I bought it as is! I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a used car! Could not be happier and they told me I can bring it back in to have them buff out the paint so many of the blemishes will go away and also will give me a loaner while this is being done! SO HAPPY! More
