Horrible experience! Would not come off the price at all when I asked to negotiate due to an accident report. Then wouldn't take the anti theft fee off that isn't required! This dealership is full of frauds and liars. I live out of state and purchased a 2017 for explorer. The salesman (Mo) flat out lied to me about the condition of the vehicle, and the owner refuses to make of state and purchased a 2017 for explorer. I was told there were no cosmetic issues with the interior or exterior when I specifically asked about scratches, dents, etc. The explorer was shipped to me and has a huge dent in the driver side door, the paint in the hood is bubbling, and it looks like a bucket of plaster was spilled all over the back and not properly cleaned up. I have emails and texts proving the salesman lied and the owner doesn’t seem to care. They tried to blame the shipping company, and when I sent them the pictures the shipper took of the vehicle on their lot you can clearly see the dent. So they’re lying about that too. They knew the dent was there. They knew the paint was bubbling, and they continue to lie. The owner won’t even respond to my messages anymore because there are no more excuses for them to try and make. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SHADY DISGRACE OF A BUSINESS. More

We put our trust in the salesman to accurately represent the vehicles condition. He lied to us. The hood has bubbling paint and the car was also has a major dent in the door. Cost to repair the damage was $3000. When the dealership was confronted about the damages they tried to say the shipping company damaged the vehicle. Luckily the shipping company takes photos before pickup and the damage was clearly in the pictures. Now the owner of the dealership will not respond to our emails about getting the issue resolved. BUYER BEWARE! More

It has been in the garage 4 times in a year for oil leaks. This is sad that they ripped a kid off that lost both of his parents. This car is an absolute piece of junk!!! After looking for 2 months for a specific vehicle this place had 1 of 2 in the entire city. What I expected from the big name national dealers and what I assumed from this smaller franchise was the complete opposite!. Unlimited Motors in Noblesville, valued me as a potential buyer, not just another number like the national dealership treated me. Unlimited Motors in Noblesville treated me with a "buyers" respect, zero-ed in on exactly what 'I" wanted/the customer and didn't try to sell me anything different or upsell. After just 2 visits, purchased the vehicle. I was so impressed with the straight talk, no frills, servicing and financing capabilities - when I brought in a rate, a darn good one, (3.92) they were able to meet or exceed that. Additionally and most important? THEY DO WHAT THEY SAY. Car needed a few tweeks, they got it done, exactly the way we noted and discussed in a timely manner. Can't say the same for the national dealership that I went to for the exact same vehicle. Raj, Spencer and staff, thank you so much!
