Found the issue with the brake caliper and hose after I bought the car. Although it took a couple of weeks, Laith, the sales manager scheduled an appointment with their service department for me. The brake bought the car. Although it took a couple of weeks, Laith, the sales manager scheduled an appointment with their service department for me. The brake was fixed. I paid much less at their service department than other repair shop. The operation Director Ali asked the colleague to drive me home when the car was being repaired. Great service! More

Due to a freak accident (which thankfully simply totaled my wife's car, but left her unharmed), my wife and I were in the market for a new car. The car that was totalled was a Chevy Traverse and we wanted my wife's car, but left her unharmed), my wife and I were in the market for a new car. The car that was totalled was a Chevy Traverse and we wanted to stick with that make and model. We researched on Cars.com and Car Guru.com. We made a list of 6 different cars at 6 different dealers around the Indy Metro area. Our first stop was to meet with Tariq at Unlimited Motors Noblesville. We were slightly hesitant, because Unlimited Motors was not a "dealership" per say (which is what our experience has always been via new or used cars in the past) Tariq took such OUTSTANDING care of us, we didn't need to go anywhere else. We test drove available Chevy Traverse cars that were in our price range/mileage/year, etc. and settled on the first one we drove (and the one that brought us to the lot in the first place) Tariq made us feel like family. From start to finish of us walking onto lot, to us driving with our new car was less than 90 minutes. Tariq helped us find an INCREDIBLE rate for the portion of the car we financed and was able to do so quickly/easily. There were a couple of minor items (loose steering wheel, child locks, etc.) that needed adjusted and the Unlimited Motors Service department took care of those items lightning fast. No fuss. No muss. I would most def buy a car from Tariq in the future, and can wholeheartedly recommend him and Unlimited Motors Noblesville to anyone looking for an OUTSTANDING vehicle. More

I saw a vehicle on auto trader emailed the dealership and got a reply, and started texting and sending photos back-and-forth of the vehicle, I asked for a list of imperfections on the vehicle as it appeared got a reply, and started texting and sending photos back-and-forth of the vehicle, I asked for a list of imperfections on the vehicle as it appeared to be in great shape, the video response indicated a minor imperfection on the hood, I drove 3 1/2 hours with the intent of purchasing this vehicle, when I arrived after being told that the vehicle was cleaned and gassed up and ready for a test drive, only to find that the vehicle was dirty the chrome wheels were filthy the interior was unclean, it appeared the vehicle had been buffed by a 10-year-old, the vehicle was running when I arrived and I went to take it for a test drive and I did not think I was going to make it out of the parking lot, I feel this dealership misrepresented the vehicle they had and I drove 3 1/2 hours with the intent of purchasing, certified check in hand, and this vehicle was worth less than half of the price quoted, extremely disappointed in what I saw, and what I experienced, was a complete waste of my time, if they had been upfront and honest I would not have made the trip, that’s as far as I got in the transaction and I left…… More
