I purchased my 2020 Lincoln Corsair from TJ. I made the purchase through on-line sales and had the car delivered last week and my trade in picked up. My car was delivered as promised and agreed to, and he has also followed up on getting things shipped back to me that were left inside my trade in accidentally. 1 week into my purchase and I very happy with the car and whole experience. TJ was great to work with, and very responsive. It was a comfortable experience. Vehicle was just what I was looking for. And the one issue, aux. battery was scheduled to be changed. Everything was all good until the sale was complete, after that, FULL BLOWN xxxx SHOW. Brakes and Rotors were bad within the first 30 days after purchase. The dealer sent all the paperwork straight to the county. The county says they set me up under some sort of fleet customer that has to reach out to the dealer for all inquiries including my registration and county fees. They screwed up my sales tax and now the county wants an additional $1134.00. The county sent letters to the dealer to pay the funds and the dealer is pushing it off on me when the name on the document and on the county website clearly says Unlimited Motors. The title agent calls me with letter in hand claiming that she doesn't now why they want the additional funds as if its difficult to read the paperwork sent to HER. She also has no idea why I can't register my own vehicle or why I have to refer to the dealer for any vehicle info. They messed up the registration paperwork as well so i was driving around with expired tags. I asked them if they could could get me a new tag while I wait for them to fix their mistake and they told me that's illegal. They then informed me that if I get pulled over I should just explain the situation to the officer as if driving with an expired tag isn't also illegal. I can imagine trying to explain this mess to an officer as he says thanks for the explanation now here is your expired tag ticket. This is the worst car buying experience of my life NEVER AGAIN! It would be nice to speak with someone knowledgeable but unfortunately that still hasn't happened. More

This first online car purchase experience could not have been better. Obviously with used cars your concerns are a bit more heightened and given that I was over 400 miles away everything was done virtually. been better. Got a bad motor. payed 9000 for a xxxx of junk they offered me 1500 to trade it in like that's a good deal. I put 2000 miles on the car. they say they stand behind there cars well the don't. It also took me a week before any one would call me back .terrible customer service So if you buy a car remember you are on your own. I do not recommend buying a car from them. And if you think I was rude to theme, I was never rude at any point with them they don't treat you like family pretty sure they never inspect the vehicle they sold me Because they would have known the motor was bad. More
