I had an excellent experience with Unlimited Motors in Fishers. Worked with Jimmy and he went above and beyond to accommodate a few extra needs I had with regard to appointment times and test driving the Fishers. He responded to my email questions promptly, was patient and never made me feel pressured or rushed. This was my first experience using an independent car dealership and I would absolutely use them again should I find myself in need of another vehicle in the future. I also happen to love the car I purchased, so that’s another plus! More

My experience with this dealer was totally unacceptable. Gary (salesman) first refused to hold the car over the weekend even though I was willing to make a significant down payment. He implied the vehicle w Gary (salesman) first refused to hold the car over the weekend even though I was willing to make a significant down payment. He implied the vehicle would sell very fast since it was in great condition, but a little research revealed an inspection done by a BMW dealership concluded the vehicle needed almost $7000.00 worth of repairs, including safety issues like brakes and rear suspension parts. When I confronted Gary with this information, he claimed to know nothing about it inspire of the fact that it was Unlimited Motors that ordered the inspection. With an upcoming repair bill of $7000. I made an offer to buy the car as is for $4000. below the asking price. After Gary checked with his boss (?) he told me they were not lowering the price. Dealer is hard to work with, unreasonable and maybe even dishonest. LET THE BUYER BEWARE! More

I live ~2hrs away from Unlimited Motors dealership in Fishers, IN so salesman (believe his name was Zach but he didn’t give me a business card) offered to take pics of any blemishes and send them to my p Fishers, IN so salesman (believe his name was Zach but he didn’t give me a business card) offered to take pics of any blemishes and send them to my phone. He never did so I called back and scheduled a time to stop by and see vehicle. I took a day off work and drove ~2hrs to dealership. Salesman was not personable and didn’t act as if he was interested in selling cars. I had two concerns about the vehicle and salesman said he would check into them and give me a call back. Once again, I never heard back from salesman. I don’t understand how a dealership can stay in business treating customers this way. More
