I responded to an advertisement for a vehicle at this dealership. It was advertised at one price but after digitally signing the contract it was $1195 dollars more than advertised. This is typical bait and switch. I called the next day and spoke to the finance manager Steven and asked, if I could cancel my contract and return the vehicle because I wasn’t aware of the added cost. He said, If I brought the vehicle back to the dealership he would have it towed off their property. He didn’t make any effort to resolve my issue. He also, claimed it was for added equipment but I was initially told it was for dealership fees. I later realized the added equipment was for a LoJack device they installed without permission. They also, keep one of your key fob’s and pass the cost on to their customers. This is against the law in some states and violates Indiana Code. IC 24-5-0.5-3 Sec. 3. (a). My experience with this dealership was horrible and I wouldn’t recommend purchasing a vehicle from Unlimited Motors and definitely don’t digitally sign anything with them. You’re better off buying from CarMax at least you get upfront pricing and a honest deal. More

But I was in NY, and made the capital mistake of not arranging for a third party inspection. Something my salesperson Tim, pointed out AFTER I received the car and lodged my many complaints. I would have loved such reminder before we closed the deal, but, my bad. My clean carfax car, had been hit at least twice, and obviously they knew that as they bought the car from someone. Rust in a few spots, unstitched driver’s seat, a 830 dollar bill two days after receiving the car due to the brakes being rusted and locking, in short, a disaster. None of their great pics showed any of the rust, the door that is misaligned and doesn’t close properly, none of that. Once I complained, my salesperson, TIM, says to me, for a 2005 I don’t think it’s “ that bad”. I guess he agrees it was bad, just not “ That bad”. I was stupid in not hiring anyone to go check the car, don’t make the same mistake. Don’t trust their pics, as car salesmen, they make for great photographers. You fooled me once, shame on you.
