I purchased a vehicle for my 17 year old daughter as a birthday gift. The salesman Sam was very nice and quick. However, the first time my daughter drove the vehicle (it was trailered home due to me pick birthday gift. The salesman Sam was very nice and quick. However, the first time my daughter drove the vehicle (it was trailered home due to me picking it up on my way home from work) she heard a loud noise and the vehicle was shaking. We had the vehicle inspected and the inner well piece of the front passenger tire was gone. Clearly the vehicle had been wrecked or ran off the road in which we were told otherwise. The windshield wiper reservoir was broken as well. The next day my daughter drove it out of her school parking lot and within miles The front driver side tire popped into shreds. I had to have the vehicle towed to a tire shop and had to purchase a full new set of tires due to all 4 tires on the vehicle at purchase being completely dry rotted. The vehicle was completely filthy and was not inspected by anyone prior to leaving the dealership. It has been over a month and I have yet to receive my paperwork for title/plates. We took the vehicle back in and they did change the brakes, replace the missing wheel well and the wiper washer reservoir. I spoke to the GM about the tires and I was told more or less too bad and that we must have caused the tire to pop. I explained to him that I have pictures of proof of the dry rot on the tires and that this incident happened literally three days after the car was purchased, the first time my daughter drove it. The GM proceeded to tell me that any tire shop will sell me a set of tires when they are not needed. I again explained I went into the shop and ask for the tires due to them all being dry rotted. The GM told me multiple times that I was lying because “the tires were only 5 years old “I also asked for a print out of all of the service work done on the vehicle which I was told would be emailed and I have yet to receive it. All of the issues with the vehicle should have been taken care of prior to the car ever even reaching the sales lot. The GM could not answer any questions I had regarding when I would receive my title/plate paperwork. Every response was “I don’t know “. Extremely incompetent “management”, if that’s what you want to call it. I would stay away from this place at all cost. I have read so many reviews with people having the same issues… Bad tires, bad brakes, filthy vehicle etc. that I unfortunately did not see prior to purchasing the vehicle. I only gave this place one star because it was the lowest they allow..otherwise I would’ve given them zero. This place is absolute TRASH. More
