From the first call to closing, was a great and smooth experience. Henry on the sales team walked me through everything about the truck, and indulged in all my questions and requests for photos and videos. Jason from the finance team helped me with all of my finance documents. Made the overwhelming experience, feel like a tutorial and made everything easy as can be. The dealership offered me a LemonSquad pre-inspection for the vehicle which helps alleviate any anxiety from buying out of state. I felt it was a good addition since I was buying from TN. I never traveled to test drive the vehicle. The team made sure all my worries were mitigated and even worked with me on shipping.
