Thanks for your review and I apologize for your dissatisfaction with University Volvo on our 2010 Honda Odyssey. I know purchasing a car is a big decision and can be time consuming. I respect your position on wanting as much information as possible in order to make an informed purchase decision. However, when you left on Friday you stated that you had another Odyssey that you wanted to go see. Daniel did say that he would reach out to the previous owner to see if the timing belt had been replaced. He did not get a response from them until late Saturday afternoon. Unfortunately, another customer came in Saturday morning and looked at the van. They asked the same question about the timing belt and we told them we would try to find out for them. They stated that it was a great deal on the van regardless of whether the belt had been replaced and decided to purchase it. So by the time Daniel had the answer on the timing belt the vehicle had been sold. I wish I had another Odyssey to offer you because we would love to have your business. Again I apologize for your experience but I hope you understand our position. Dealers don't always know when someone will show up to purchase a vehicle when other customers have expressed an interest.
