In the end there was a break-down within one of the OEM tires. they were able to remove the sound barrier that had come unglued from within the bladder of the tire. Though the recommendation was to update my tires they understood my budget limitations. They put me back together without a Fee! This was in addition to removing the felt piece and putting the imperfect tire in the back. Again there is NO safety issue it was all about comfort. It was my choice and they were so low stress on top of Super Helpful! More

The sales manager (Jeff) runs a great business and here’s why: Finance manager (AJ) is not only great at his job but he instills confidence in his customers with his efficiency and experience. He addressed every question I had and I had trust in him and believed what he told me. That’s hard to achieve! Great Experience After So Many Duds Around Town We visited several dealerships over the course of the past two months and had the range of customer service experiences. From not wanting to help us at all (no greeting, no call backs on questions, ect) to helpful but way overpriced or under priced on my trade. Daniel at University Volvo was extremely welcoming and was able to answer all my questions I had about the XC60 I came to test drive. He explained the differences between the other trims and even showed me the R trim based on some of the comments I made during the test drive of the Inscription. At the end of the day it was a no brainer to purchase a brand new XC60 from University Volvo and Daniel. They were able to give me a fair KBB trade price on my trade in and a very competitive price on the new XC60. I am not sure if this review is public or not, but I would encourage you to first check out University Volvo and save yourself time, money, and frustration. Thank you Daniel!!! More
