I was originally going to take my car to a mechanic I’ve been going to for years. I had to change plans when my breaks started acting up on my way to my boyfriends house. Luckily, he lived near the dealership and I was able to take my car in next day. I was nervous about being taken advantage of since I don’t know much about cars but I felt at ease as soon as I started speaking by to Ralph, who took care of me. He was kind, attentive, and even though he was so busy, really tried to explain things thoroughly and give me updates. My car is running perfectly and the price was much more reasonable than I though it might be since it’s a dealership and not a small mechanic. Thank you, Ralph, for taking care of me this past week! It appears the service center agents are understaffed. Despite this drawback, they try to acknowledge and address the needs of the staff. It says a lot when the dealer will not stand by their product. More
