The finance manager, Peter, was very thorough and explained all the details in a humorous but professional manner which made the lengthy process painless. The followup call from Gregg was also appreciated to see how we liked the car. All in all, our visit was a great experience and will definitely recommend this dealership to our friends and family. God Awful I purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 for my 16 yr old daughter on 03/10/17. They pulled the carfax for me it showed nothing, I took the car to Infiniti to I purchased a 2016 Infiniti Q50 for my 16 yr old daughter on 03/10/17. They pulled the carfax for me it showed nothing, I took the car to Infiniti to have service and they revealed the car had been in a left front end accident and the transmission had been damaged serverly. Never never again! For the first time in my nearly 60 years I purchased a new car, a 2014 Lancer. The ONLY reason I did so was for the warranty, my BIG mistake!! My For the first time in my nearly 60 years I purchased a new car, a 2014 Lancer. The ONLY reason I did so was for the warranty, my BIG mistake!! My Lancer had developed a small oil leak at around 24k miles and I thought that it may be that the crush washer was not replaced during past oil changes so fro the next two changes I did it myself and both times replaced the crush washer but the leak persisted. I called University Mitsubishi and set an appointment for 2 PM about 2 weeks later. I had to leave work early and drove 45 mins through traffic to get there but when I arrived I was told that everyone was at lunch and it would be at least an hour before they could look at my car. I pointed out that I had an appointment and why asked why it was scheduled when all technicians were out to lunch, just an "oh well" reply. I was not surprised since this was in character with how I was treated previous times. I now regret not buying a Kia or Hyundai. I regret the day that I walked into University Mitsubishi. More

Special thanks to Lorenzo Boyce for not being over aggressive and helping me with the whole process. Would definitely buy again. More
Liars, dishonest, rip off I test drove a 2012 F450 the asking price $37k I liked the truck except for the A/C wasn't cold. The salesman Dave offered to fix it at no charge and I agreed to buy the truck. The sales mgr Dave told me when I came to pick it up that there was no leak, they recharged the system and I was good to go. I told them that there must be a leak, they assured me if it leaks they will fix it. 4 weeks later the system leaked out again, I took it back, they recharged and said "no leak to fix" good to go. I took it to my mechanic and turns out the evaporator was leaking. The evaporator resides under the dash and costs $1400 labor and material to replace. I called Dave, and Dave, and the sales manager. They said if I brought it to them they would fix it for $869. I asked them to pay just a portion, anything. They refused. You cannot trust what they say. Get it in writing. More
