DAMAGED YUKON We bought a Yukon from University Mitsubishi in July. We were told that there was no problems with the 2017 car. We got the car home to find out from the GMC dealership in our area reported that our car had 4508.60 amount of damage under the car. Our insurance company did the research that our new car had been in an accident before we bought it. interesting enough, the accident was never reported on car facts. University Mitsubishi have not been willing to take responsibility to pay for the severe damages that occurred before we bought the car. We are now stuck with a car that was in an accident and have had to pay 4508.60 to have it serviced to even be able to drive it. More

They have avoided me, and is not taking any responsibility to "Do the next right thing". Do not deal with this dealership. They give a "Black Eye" to the car industry "BUYERS BEWARE" More

Best place to buy a car If you've had a bad experience trying to buy a car, particularly at an AutoNation dealership, you owe it to yourself to meet Lance at University Mitsu If you've had a bad experience trying to buy a car, particularly at an AutoNation dealership, you owe it to yourself to meet Lance at University Mitsubishi. He is that rarest of commodities: an HONEST used-car salesman. (He quit a lucrative job selling Mercedes for AutoNation because of an ethical issue by the dealership. Unheard of!) Lance will treat you fairly and squarely and get you into the car of your dreams, provided your demands are at least in the ballpark of reasonable. (He can't work miracles, but he comes as close as any salesman I've ever met.) He will work diligently to try to get the terms you request. Unlike the typical salesman, he won't inflate your down payment or try to get you to put five times as much money down as you're comfortable with or suggest you find a co-signer. (An AutoNation salesman in Margate, backed by the manager and after promising me the moon, tried to do all those things.) Make no mistake though: Lance is all business. He is friendly and personable enough, but he is still a salesman trying to sell you a car. What that actually means is that he won't waste your time. He'll also work with the finance manager on your behalf instead of turning all the paperwork over to the finance guy and saying, "See what you can do." I'm now driving a 2017 Ford Taurus with the original owner's manual and assorted documents in pristine condition. Appearance-wise, it is a brand-new car with lots of miles left on the warranty. I liked Lance so much that I gave him as hard a time as I could. He took it all in stride and in good spirits. One BIG warning: Get to University Mitsubishi as soon as you can. Lance says as soon as his son graduates from college, he's going to move up North. If and when he does that, you will lose the deal of a lifetime. And there aren't more of him coming on board. As soon as you get to the dealership, you'll know Lance because he is the ONLY salesman in a tie and a long-sleeve white shirt. That's how professional he is and how seriously he takes the business of selling a car. Far and away, the best experience I ever had buying a car. And I'm 71, so I've bought a few cars in my long life. More
