I was originally going to take my car to a mechanic I’ve been going to for years. I had to change plans when my breaks started acting up on my way to my boyfriends house. I was nervous about being taken advantage of since I don’t know much about cars but I felt at ease as soon as I started speaking by to Ralph, who took care of me. He was kind, attentive, and even though he was so busy, really tried to explain things thoroughly and give me updates. My car is running perfectly and the price was much more reasonable than I though it might be since it’s a dealership and not a small mechanic. Thank you, Ralph, for taking care of me this past week! Buying the car everything was smooth. Edward was the best sales person! Once he started to ignore texts about trying to fix this problem. If i could leave a zero star rating i would. Well on my second expired tag and being told just don't drive my new car. I guess car looks great sitting in garage. No more call backs or any help getting a tag for car. I have made a complaint to the division of motor vehicles. If anyone else runs into this problem you want to file forum HSMV 84901 and state will help you get a legal tag for your vehicle. Waiting on state to mail me paper work so i can go get another temp tag from my local dmv office. Very disappointing that i have to go through this crap on new 2021 corvette! More
